I knew of Dead Pool in the comic world but not as much as I should of. Turns out this guy has all the character and charm he needs and backs it up with excellent fighting techniques. If you are going and happen to take a selfie in from of a Dead Pool poster please post it here for us to see. Have fun when watching it and comment your reaction to the film. See ya.

WWE looking for a boost...

How will WWE look to generate momentum before the Royal Rumble? What bouts will the company add to the card? Injury reports, backstage updates and James Wortman's five-point preview on WWE.com offer plenty of answers. [(Bleacher Report)] Good afternoon all, I have been trying to get back onto the drama scene that is the WWE. Since my brother went to Florida I've been trying to watch it and although he isn't here it kinda feels like he is. With that aside let's talk about the Royal Rumble that is coming up shortly. So far a nice and interesting names have been entered into the rumble. Seeing Brock Lesnar come back a week ago and pretty much making his presence known - I would have to go ahead and say that the match will definitely be interesting. Like I stated in the title - WWE will have to put up a really good show tonight to get the viewers hyped up about the Rumble. I didn't know the superstars were on tour in India but now they're back and it just might get to the point where we will have a few matches that aren't repetitive. For awhile there they had some of the stars going up against each other for weeks that didn't really have a point to it other than "Lets' get something on TV". I'm looking forward to tonight's show with the hopes of seeing something different and amazing. f0246bb7ce1b76e1d6f6c4f068f14f6147465adc4966a0b099

Chip of the Rock...

Dwayne Johnson - “Christmas came early! Within minutes of being born she was laying on daddy’s chest. And being a grateful man takes on a whole new meaning ...,” he captioned the photo. “Thank you guys so much for the awesome congratulatory wishes and love you’ve been sending @laurenhashianofficial and myself. We’re extremely grateful.” Watching Dwayne go from complete rookie in WWE to what he has become now. A great character on and off camera. I have enjoyed several of his movies and found them to be entertaining. I have to be honest though, Scorpion King was a bit "ok" but we have to remember that this film was his first showing so I can't slam him too hard. What I am enjoying is a show called "Ballers" on HBO. It's a different side to the big teddy bear but very enjoyable to watch. Congrats to you and yours Dwayne - God Bless. MR

44 years ago today...

Doctor WhoFirst episode of Doctor Who Debuts on BBC (1963)
This long-running science fiction program about a mysterious time-traveling adventurer known only as "the Doctor" has become a significant part of British popular culture. Despite its featuring of low-budget special effects, it was widely recognized for creative storytelling and use of innovative music. After twenty-six seasons and a TV movie, Doctor Who recently reappeared as a new series. What machine does the Doctor use to travel through time and space?
Post a comment with the answer.
Tom BakerAlthough the program had many doctors the one I remember the most is Tom Baker. I don't know what it was about him that had me seriously focused on the program but he was definitely my favorite of the doctors. I haven't really been following the series since I was a little kid but I have read that they have had some spin offs like Torchwood that looks interesting but I really don't see myself running out and getting one just yet but I would accept it as a gift if anyone would be interested :)

A Good Concert...

My wife and I were honored to attend and support our youngest child at her second chorus concet at Bowsher High School. She and her group performed very well, the songs they chose were sung excellently. In case you're wondering which one is my kid - she's on the top row she's the third one from right to left. Their performance was very well put together and you can tell that they had a good time performing. As most of you might already know my wife is a very emotional person especially when it comes to watching her youngest perform on stage, well she had a few tears escape hence causing her to cry during the event. I'm proud of you Aubrey and I hope to see many more performances from you and your group.

armchairgm.com

I just joined a new community that is structured under the opinions of sports, sports and more sports. It seems that the majority of the people there are very into the world of sports. I can see myself enjoying some quality time there writing chatting and reading. If any of you want to visit please do o and please sign up. The idea of venting and releasing that bad day of sports to a community that will listen and probably agree is something that feels great instead of having someone telling to pipe down because they want to watch their soaps.

Can't wait until next year...

Last night had to be one of my best moments in having fun thus far here in Toledo. We attended the CityFest last night and it turned out great, they had the usual foods and vendors but the real reason as to why we went was because of the famous man himself 'Eddie Money'. We had a blast watching him perform more then twelve songs and then an extra two songs for an encore.

I have heard most of his music when I was younger but I didn't know the artist that sang them until last night. Two Tickets to Paradise is one of my favorites along with Take Me Home Tonight. The crowd that was there was completely excited and definitely enjoying themselves. I hope that next year's attraction will be as awesome as Eddie was.

A worthy raise...

Congratulations goes out to Kathryn Morris on getting a nice raise. Morris will be now be earning from $180,000 - $190,000 an episode and she has two seasons left. Each season runs about 24 episodes and with that kind of money coming her way you can expect her to start dipping her funds as well as talents into other projects that may be upfront or possibly behind the scenes.
Morris is also launching her own production company, which will have a first-look deal with Warner Bros. Television, one of the production companies behind "Cold Case."

Keep an eye out for shows maybe movies with her name attached to it.

Politically driven / Fan driven...

Regardless to what the answer is the new Arena will be a sight that will have many embracing a new era. Toledo is way overdue for a project of this magnitude. This endeavor was first thought to be a politically driven project but after a few citizens were involved and their voices heard I can feel the two entities coming together on a common decision - Toledo needs a fresh start.
I have to admit that although I love to debate political issues with my wife, I didn't really care for politics before meeting her. I have her to thank for when it comes to my understanding of Toledo History and it's roots. This city is one for all of us to be proud of, especially when the Arena is just the beginning of what's to come in the near future. Politics will always peak it's head out but it's politics that we need in order to discuss what matters the most in any city "citizens".

The General has to wait...

NEW YORK (CNNMoney.com) -- After commanding a winning bid last week of nearly $10 million, the online auction of a 1969 Charger, owned by one of the stars of the "Dukes of Hazzard" television show, has blown a gasket.
The winning bidder, William Fisher, maintained that someone else placed the bids in his name after gaining access to his eBay account.
I remember watching the show as a kid, my first thought was damn Daisy was hot - and my second thought was how many times can that car jump and not be ruined. Well after a few years went by I read in a magazine that they needed Chargers for the series because they had gone through what they had projected was needed for the stunts. I hope that he finds another buyer for the car, if I had the money I would offer him a decent amount for it.
