OMAHA, Neb -- State Senator Ernie Chambers is suing God. He says it to prove a point about frivolous lawsuits.
The lawsuit admits God goes by all sorts of alias, names, titles and designations and it also recognizes the fact that the defendant is “Omnipresent”.
Okay I understand where he's coming from; there are many frivolous lawsuits out there right now that should be tossed out just as soon as the judge sees it. I have heard many cases where I definitely knew that there is no way a judge can let that even cross their path but no some judges here actually let individuals walk away with just about anything. I can't wait to see what happens with this one.
