Something worth trying out...
As most of you already know I'm currently trying to lose some weight okay a lot of weight. I have tried a lot of diets, routines and pills - I just read that I can cheat on my diet and it can actually help me lose more weight. Yeah it sounds a bit crazy to say that cheating is actually helpful but it's true. Joel Marion discovered a startling truth; cheating on your diet can actually accelerate the fat loss that you are fighting to achieve. I've never heard of such a thing as Cheat to Lose Diet and still meet that goal that you have set for yourself.
