I want to start out by saying that the following site is one that I am going to bring up during my family reunion. Every year we call each other and basically ask the same questions:
Who is going to be there?
What day will we be getting together?
What should I bring?
Is there any beer at the reunion?
I usually get the calls with those questions being asked as soon as I say hello. Now I can direct them to a site that was specifically designed for them to go and get their questions answered. RegOnline.com is back and has added a few new features to their site. I visited one of their samples and all I can say is WOW, the layout is very simple and understanding. The option to be able to add photos is also a plus (especially if you have grandparents that don't want to read). With their Conference Registration Form I can have all of my family members who are attending simply fill it out and be done with it. When I first opened the sample site I was quickly brought to the images that were used, the wording on it looked great and was legible (as far as the text being the right size). Presenting the reunion in an electronic form will be a lot better then our usual paper invitation that would sometimes get lost or accidentally thrown out.
